Monitoring and Reporting
Progress in achieving the strategic goals will be monitored and reported to
key stakeholders on a regular basis using a set of core indicators. These indicators
will cover four aspects of organizational performance: outputs, outcomes, service
quality and financial stability.
Taken together, the indicators will help monitor what the agency produces (outputs),
what results it achieves for clients and the community over the short, medium
and longer term (outcomes), how well its programs and services are delivered
(service quality), and how stable its revenue base is over the life of the strategic
plan (financial stability).
The choice of specific indicators may vary over time with changes in research
evidence, service delivery, intended results for clients and target populations,
and the availability of reliable, accessible and affordable data sources.
