Substance Use Services: Including Opiate Agonist Treatment (OAT) and Prescribed Safe supply (PSS) through the Enhanced Harm Reduction Program (EHR)
Positive Wellness Program (PWP): Care coordination, short term counselling and advocacy for people living with HIV and/or hepatitis C
Men’s Wellness Program (MWP): STBBI/PrEP and wellness services for MSM identified people
Outreach Team: Low barrier health care and harm reduction services to support clients contemplating or accessing OAT, Safe Supply and/or other substance use services
Health Promotion Program: Sexual health and substance use education and supplies; Group and individual support ;Service Provider trainings; Peer leadership programs; Naloxone & overdose prevention training
2S/LGBTQQIA+ care and support: including counseling and gender transition support
