KTE’s Laura Cartwright has written a report to document the process of creating a workflow to augment an AVI ‘s Ready to Work (R2W) policy.
The process was a muti tiered approach with contributions from all staff with meaningful inclusion of Experiential (PWLLE) workers. The report is called Embedding Lived Experience, Safety and Support Into Workplace Policy.
