Were the world Mine: A Musical Dream Come True
If you had a love-potion, who would you make fall madly in love with you?
Timothy, prone to escaping his dismal high school reality through dazzling
musical daydreams, gets to answer that question in a very real way. After
his eccentric teacher casts him as Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream, he
stumbles upon a recipe hidden within the script to create the play's
magical, purple love-pansy. Armed with the pansy, Timothy's fading spirit
soars as he puckishly imposes a new reality by turning much of his
narrow-minded town gay, beginning with the rugby-jock of his dreams.
Ensnaring family, friends and enemies in this heart-wrenching chaos, Timothy
forces them to walk a mile in his musical shoes. The course of true love

Men's Wellness Valentine's Day Free Event
Submitted by Andrea on Tue, 02/10/2009 - 5:37pm.AVI is pleased to announce a special Valentine's workshop to be held in Victoria this coming Saturday, February 14th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. There is no charge for this event, but please register! Info below.
Self-Love on Feb 14
It’s been suggested that in order to love someone else, we must learn to love ourselves first. On Valentine’s Day, please join us as we renew a commitment to ourselves, through movement, meditation, breath and perhaps some loving touch.
If you’re single, think of this as a Valentine’s present for yourself. If you’re partnered, then this could be a warm-up preparation for a special Valentine’s evening with him.
This play-shop for men will be from 5pm to 7pm, on Saturday February 14th at Begbie Hall (2101 Richmond Avenue), in the Woodward Room and will be lead by Walter Quan. Pre-registration is required, please email Stacy at stacypl(at)telus.net to register.

THANKS!
++++
It's that time of year again - Sex Now 2008! As you may know Sex Now has been surveying gay and bi guys all over BC for quite a few years now and it's with your help that we've been able to make better programming and services for guys who are into guys all over the province.
The Sex Now Survey is a TOTALLY anonymous survey for gay and bi guys conducted by the Community Based Research Centre (CBRC) - a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health of gay and bi guys in BC's communities. This year we're asking about sexual styles, porn and the Internet.
We'd love it if you could take a second to complete the 2008 survey at www.sexnowsurvey.com. Your input gives us the information we need to make our communities more responsive to the lives of all gay and bi guys.
