AVI Health Centre in Nanaimo's New Website

The AVI Health Centre is a private not for profit health care center that provides medical treatment and counselling to people struggling with addiction to opiates.

The Health Centre offers methadone treatment, personalized counselling services, and education, treatment and support for clients living with Hepatitis C.

Harm reduction services such as condoms, information and counselling on disease and sexually transmitted infections, prevention and management, and safer drug use are available.

They serve as a point of health education and referral to other community services that may benefit our clients.
