I am a 71 year old man. My total Cholesterol is l50, my LDL is also low at 70. My good cholestrol (HDL) is low at only 26. I have high Trig. at 245.
Is there any drug that will raise the HDL and lower the Trig. without making my total go to low?
I heard that Zocor or Lopid might do it.
Does anyone have a simular situation?
