anything trans in Victoria?

Hey...
I was wondering if there is any information out there about trans stuff in Victoria? The biggest thing for me is that they'd have to accept me looking like my bio gender, cause I'm not ready to change outwardly yet. I think I'd currently fall under ft?. so yeah, any info would be good at this point!
