Okay what if someone is uncomfortble calling on the phone and talking as many people are? You cant rite an email in with a question? Why don't you check the forums daily and anser the questions? Why are you not able to do this? You've got a chance to anser questions in a public forum where thousands of people could be reading the anser and learning from it, instead you say no. There is somthing wrong with this picture.
