A huge thank you to the Victoria Foundation for emergency funding support during COVID-19!

With the funds we have been able to;

increasing social work hours to increase availability for support, referrals, and assistance with applications
purchasing water, snack food and fresh fruit to distribute on outreach to folks who are homeless or living in shelters
purchasing phone and grocery gift cards to distribute to patients/clients
purchasing special equipment for the nurse to create a mobile nursing station
enable our outreach team to connect people with a doctor via telehealth and keep the outreach team connected to the rest of the clinic staff (zoom, email, etc)
