It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of the Westshore AVI Clinic on July 15, 2022. It has been an honour to build and serve the community of the Westshore and we will miss you! If you are a Westshore AVI Clinic patient, your care will be continued at the new Community Health Centre in Langford located at 324 Goldstream Ave starting on June 27.
If you have not yet connected with your AVI doctor about this change, please call the clinic before July 15, 2022 at 250-940-3605. Our staff will be available at the clinic for support and harm reduction supplies until July 15. After July 15 you can access harm reduction supplies at the Community Health Centre (324 Goldstream Ave).
If you or someone you support is not a patient of the Westshore AVI Clinic and is in need of substance use care please contact the Rapid Access Addiction Clinic at 250-519-3776 (open 9:00am-12:00pm from Monday to Friday).
